Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students with behavioral needs
• Craft and implement tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that empower student success
• Provide ongoing consultation and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
• Monitor progress through data collection, analysis, and comprehensive documentation
• Work alongside IEP teams; attend and participate in meetings to ensure holistic support
