Certified Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Matthews, North Carolina

This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, supporting elementary, middle, and high school students in a dynamic educational setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Designing and implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Providing expert consultation and ongoing coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
• Monitoring student progress, conducting thorough data analysis, and maintaining accurate documentation
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary IEP teams and contributing actively in meetings to support student success

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• State licensure as required
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric environments is preferred
