Licensed High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Matthews, NC

Experience a dynamic and rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students and educational teams in a school-based setting. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers the chance to work with elementary, middle, and high school populations, adapting to the unique needs of each district and helping to make meaningful differences in students’ educational journeys.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Design, implement, and monitor effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Guide, coach, and consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school personnel on best practices for behavior management
• Analyze student data, monitor progress, and maintain detailed documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings, contributing your expertise to support students’ success

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Licensure as required for practicing within the state
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary school teams
• Passion for helping students achieve their behavioral and academic goals across elementary, middle, and high school levels
