Your days will include training and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) two to three times per week, collaborating to implement effective behavior intervention plans and collect data to track student progress. You’ll manage a caseload of six students, providing assessments, writing individualized plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies to help each child achieve their potential. Collaboration with school staff and other professionals is key, as well as providing guidance and modeling best practices for classroom support staff.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and current BCBA certification required
• Proven experience with school-aged children, especially those with behavioral or developmental needs
• Familiarity with writing and monitoring IEPs and behavior support plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for staff training and family collaboration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:
