Certified High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Mc Leansville, NC

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is required
• Hold appropriate state licensing for the role
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral settings preferred
• Comfortable collaborating across elementary, middle, and high school environments
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to guide intervention strategies
• Develop and implement comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs
• Offer consultation, support, and practical coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and whole school teams
• Monitor student progress through ongoing data collection, analysis, and clear documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams, actively participating in meetings and supporting the development of effective plans
