Work a full-time, 37.5-hour week supporting diverse learners and partnering with dedicated education professionals in a contract role. Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active certification
  • Eligible for relevant state licensure
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Skilled communicator comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school settings—elementary, middle, and high school

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Create and implement targeted Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Offer ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school leadership teams
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data, adjusting strategies based on outcomes
  • Participate as a valued member of IEP teams, contributing insights at meetings and helping shape educational plans
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required for student services
