Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active certification
- Eligible for relevant state licensure
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Skilled communicator comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school settings—elementary, middle, and high school
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
- Create and implement targeted Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Offer ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school leadership teams
- Collect and analyze behavioral data, adjusting strategies based on outcomes
- Participate as a valued member of IEP teams, contributing insights at meetings and helping shape educational plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required for student services
