Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree required and active BCBA certification
- Previous experience working with children or youth with disabilities
- Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder, with prior BCBA practice preferred
- Confidence in supervising and mentoring within the caseload
- Ability to tailor behavioral plans to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students K-12
- Supervise and guide support staff to ensure effective, ethical implementation of behavior programs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers
- Collect data, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to maximize student success
- Provide ongoing training and professional support to school staff members
- Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines
