This engaging, part-time opportunity runs from August 18, 2026, to June 10, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 15-20 hours scheduled Monday through Friday. You'll work on-site, collaborating in an educational environment that highly values skillful intervention and compassionate support for students.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree required and active BCBA certification
  • Previous experience working with children or youth with disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder, with prior BCBA practice preferred
  • Confidence in supervising and mentoring within the caseload
  • Ability to tailor behavioral plans to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students K-12
  • Supervise and guide support staff to ensure effective, ethical implementation of behavior programs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers
  • Collect data, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to maximize student success
  • Provide ongoing training and professional support to school staff members
  • Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines
