This contract position offers the chance to work as a Behavior Specialist, supporting students from all grade levels across multiple schools throughout the district. You’ll collaborate closely with school staff and assigned behavioral technicians to foster optimal learning environments and deliver impactful, data-driven interventions.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Prior experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong ability to assess student behavior and implement intervention plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Successful track record working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to behavioral technicians in both elementary and secondary schools
- Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and other school staff to integrate behavioral supports into educational programming
- Deliver professional development and training on behavioral strategies for staff
- Monitor student progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust plans as needed
- Offer consultative services across assigned buildings, responding to the dynamic needs of each school and caseload
Position Highlights:

- 35 hours per week with a flexible Monday-Friday schedule that adjusts to each school's operating hours
