Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Mechanicsville, MD

This contract position offers the chance to work as a Behavior Specialist, supporting students from all grade levels across multiple schools throughout the district. Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Prior experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong ability to assess student behavior and implement intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Successful track record working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to behavioral technicians in both elementary and secondary schools
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and other school staff to integrate behavioral supports into educational programming
• Deliver professional development and training on behavioral strategies for staff
• Monitor student progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust plans as needed
• Offer consultative services across assigned buildings, responding to the dynamic needs of each school and caseload
