Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Familiarity with multi-disciplinary team approaches
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility (if necessary)

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans
  • Provide training and support to teachers and staff regarding behavior management
  • Collaborate with individual education plan (IEP) teams to ensure cohesive student support
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to help students reach their goals
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance documentation
  • Communicate effectively with families, administrators, and other professionals
