Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification, actively maintained
• Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong skills in behavioral assessments (FBA, ABC data)
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary educational teams
• Familiarity with IEP process and relevant documentation
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and ethical practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and data-driven analyses
• Develop and implement individualized behavior support strategies for students
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, aides, and related service providers
• Provide training and support to staff and families regarding behavior interventions and best practices
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Monitor student progress, modify plans as needed, and document results
• Stay current on research, techniques, and best practices in ABA and special education
