Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Previous experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Familiarity with multi-disciplinary team approaches
- Valid state licensure or eligibility (if necessary)
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff regarding behavior management
- Collaborate with individual education plan (IEP) teams to ensure cohesive student support
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to help students reach their goals
- Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance documentation
- Communicate effectively with families, administrators, and other professionals
