What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid BCBA certification
  • Experience supporting school-aged children and adolescents
  • Skill in developing and monitoring Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Confidence in leading trainings, assessments, and functional behavior analyses
  • Willingness and ability to work in person on campus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior management plans
  • Provide coaching and professional development to teachers and classroom staff on behavior strategies and best practices
  • Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams, counselors, and families to coordinate student supports
  • Address challenging behaviors and provide solutions to contribute to a positive learning environment
