Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Experience delivering behavioral assessments and intervention plans within schools or pediatric settings.
• Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders and other developmental challenges.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, parents, and students.
• Ability to adapt strategies and interventions to suit varied classroom and individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and develop effective, evidence-based intervention plans.
• Support the implementation of behavioral strategies for students both one-on-one and in group settings.
• Consult and collaborate with educators and parents to ensure consistent application of positive behavior supports.
• Monitor, review, and document student progress; regularly adjust plans to maximize outcomes.
• Mentor and provide training to support staff and paraprofessionals working with students.
• Maintain confidential and accurate records in compliance with district and professional guidelines.
