You’ll play a pivotal role across two closely adjacent campuses, each with a supportive team atmosphere designed for positive student outcomes. The caseload consists of approximately 40 students, with manageable classroom groupings of 5-6, allowing for focused, meaningful involvement.

Your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will help shape student progress and empower colleagues through ongoing collaboration. As part of a well-supported team—including two School Social Workers, multiple Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, and dedicated Special Education Teachers—you’ll find a framework for shared growth and professional success.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience providing behavior analysis in a school-based setting, preferably across elementary and middle school populations
  • Strong background in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing effective behavior intervention plans
  • Comfortable delivering group staff training and consultations
  • Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and guide BTs in implementing effective behavioral strategies
  • Conduct FBAs and collaborate on the development of intervention plans
  • Provide ongoing consultations to teachers and support staff
  • Focus exclusively on supervisory and consultative responsibilities, with no 1:1 student requirements
  • Move easily between two nearby campuses to support diverse student groups
