A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available to assist and provide services within an elementary classroom setting. This role involves working closely with students to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, ensuring individualized support that promotes positive behavioral outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavior analytic services directly in the classroom environment.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to meet goals.
- Provide training and guidance to classroom staff on behavior strategies and data collection.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current BCBA certification.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
