Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Demonstrated experience working in school environments, with elementary caseloads preferred
  • Previous supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • A passion for helping children achieve their best

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee two RBTs, guiding and supporting their work with students
  • Provide direct behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation within the district
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create and implement effective behavioral strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain detailed documentation and provide feedback for ongoing improvement
  • Remain attuned to the evolving needs of students and staff throughout the school year
