Additionally, you may have the opportunity to supervise one or two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), fostering their professional development within the district.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA licensure required
- Experience supporting or consulting in school settings, with a focus on behavior analysis
- Strong skills in observation, FBA writing, staff training, and team collaboration
- Ability to travel to multiple school locations throughout Jacksonville
- Completion of fingerprinting and background checks, in line with district and state requirements
Responsibilities:
- Model behavioral interventions and strategies in ESE self-contained settings
- Train and consult with school teams to implement best practices
- Conduct and document FBAs; attend related meetings
- Potentially supervise up to two RBTs within the district
- Maintain compliance with district credentialing and reporting procedures
This rewarding role allows you to bring your expertise where it’s needed most—across a variety of schools supporting diverse student populations. If you are passionate about school-based behavioral supports, ready to work on-site, and eager to start as soon as possible, we’d love to connect.
