Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- State licensure
- Experience or comfort working with students in elementary, middle, and high school
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to create and implement effective behavior intervention plans
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention strategies for students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote best outcomes
- Monitor student progress, collect and analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide training and guidance to school staff on positive behavioral supports
- Support both individual students and classrooms to enhance learning environments
- Ensure compliance with IEP goals and relevant regulations
- Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere for all students
