Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • State licensure
  • Experience or comfort working with students in elementary, middle, and high school
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to create and implement effective behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention strategies for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote best outcomes
  • Monitor student progress, collect and analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff on positive behavioral supports
  • Support both individual students and classrooms to enhance learning environments
  • Ensure compliance with IEP goals and relevant regulations
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere for all students
