Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting high school students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026/2027 academic year. In this full-time position, you’ll manage a caseload of approximately 10–20 adolescents, providing them with expert behavioral guidance and support. The primary objective is the effective implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans, as well as assuming responsibility for conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)—a role transitioning from the school psychologist to the BCBA.

You’ll be instrumental in both supporting students directly and equipping teachers with practical strategies to uphold behavioral interventions successfully in the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification and national certification required
- Experience providing behavioral services in school settings, ideally with high school populations
- Proven ability to conduct and implement FBAs and BIPs
- Skilled at training and guiding teachers in behavioral plan execution
- Strong case management skills, including effective communication and documentation
- Availability for a panel interview (flexibility in scheduling preferred)
- Ability to commit full-time (35–40 hours per week) throughout the academic year
Key Responsibilities:
