Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Middletown, Delaware

A full-time Behavioral Case Manager position is available for the 2026-2027 school year at a high school located in Middletown, DE. This role is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking to utilize their skills in applied behavior analysis within an educational setting. The caseload will consist of approximately 10-20 high school-aged students requiring behavioral support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies with a focus on effective execution
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), taking over these duties from the school psychologist
• Provide direct behavioral support and guidance to students
• Instruct and coach teachers on the proper implementation of behavioral plans to ensure consistency across classrooms

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• National Certification in behavior analysis
• Experience working with adolescent populations in a school setting preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of 10-20 students effectively
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educational staff
