A full-time Behavioral Case Manager position is available for the 2026-2027 school year at a high school located in Middletown, DE. This role is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking to utilize their skills in applied behavior analysis within an educational setting. The caseload will consist of approximately 10-20 high school-aged students requiring behavioral support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies with a focus on effective execution
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), taking over these duties from the school psychologist
- Provide direct behavioral support and guidance to students
- Instruct and coach teachers on the proper implementation of behavioral plans to ensure consistency across classrooms
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- National Certification in behavior analysis
- Experience working with adolescent populations in a school setting preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-20 students effectively
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with educational staff
- Available for a panel interview with the school’s hiring team; candidates will need to provide availability for scheduling
