This contract opportunity spans the full academic year, focusing on students in the Autism and Early Years Program who demonstrate moderate to severe cognitive abilities. The position is full-time, working on-site Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours per week, ensuring consistent support and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Prior school-based experience is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and program development
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with staff, students, and families
  • Experience supporting students with autism and complex cognitive needs is desirable
  • Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral support and program development for students enrolled in the Autism and Early Years Program
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide ongoing coaching, modeling, and training for educational staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to optimize learning and behavioral outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with educators, related service providers, and families to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations and ethical guidelines
