Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required (for BCBA applicants)
• Background as an ABA Therapist or experience providing ABA therapy services in school or pediatric settings
• Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and data collection practices
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, educators, and families
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Commitment to a student-centered, inclusive approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans for students
• Oversee and implement ABA therapy programs aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Train, support, and monitor staff implementing behavior plans and interventions
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and refine interventions as needed
• Consult with administrators, teachers, and families regarding best behavioral support practices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
