Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required (for BCBA applicants)
- Background as an ABA Therapist or experience providing ABA therapy services in school or pediatric settings
- Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and data collection practices
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, educators, and families
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Commitment to a student-centered, inclusive approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans for students
- Oversee and implement ABA therapy programs aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Train, support, and monitor staff implementing behavior plans and interventions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and refine interventions as needed
- Consult with administrators, teachers, and families regarding best behavioral support practices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
