In this role, you’ll collaborate with school staff and families to create and implement effective behavioral plans, using your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or ABA Therapist. You'll have the chance to foster student success and staff development through proactive, data-driven interventions.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent ABA credential
  • Experience working in schools or educational settings preferred
  • Background in developing, supervising, and implementing individualized ABA programs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data to modify behavioral interventions as needed
  • Experience training or supporting paraprofessional staff is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ behavioral needs using evidence-based practices
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with special education teams, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Supervise and mentor ABA therapists or paraprofessionals in effective ABA techniques
  • Document student goals, progress, and outcomes in line with school guidelines
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff regarding behavioral interventions
