Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting both Autism and Early Years Programs for students with moderate to severe cognitive needs. This contract role is ideal for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about making a real impact in educational settings. Working full-time from late August through mid-June, you’ll collaborate closely with school staff and offer expertise to meet each student's behavioral and learning goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (must provide certification snapshot upon application)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
  • Solid background in program development, behavioral assessments, and plan implementation
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Dedication to supporting students with autism and significant cognitive needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral oversight and direct support within Autism and Early Years/PreK programs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to ensure students’ needs are addressed
  • Conduct staff training on behavior strategies and ongoing coaching
  • Analyze data to guide practice and document student progress
  • Support compliance with all relevant ethical and professional standards

Role Details:

  • Full-time, on-site position
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Contract duration: August 24, 2026 – June 16, 2027
  • Work across multiple programs serving diverse, high-needs student populations
