Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, or significant experience as an ABA Therapist in school-based settings
  • Experience developing, monitoring, and implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and the use of ABA principles in educational environments
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with educational staff, students, and families
  • Commitment to student growth, diversity, and inclusion

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with administrative personnel in the development of behavior programs, potentially supporting Dean of Behavior functions
  • Design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data to craft effective strategies
  • Train and support teachers and classroom staff in ABA-based approaches and crisis intervention
  • Foster an equitable, respectful, and safe school culture for all students by promoting positive behavioral supports
  • Collaborate with school leadership to ensure behavior interventions align with district goals and policies
