Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children and adolescents in school settings preferred

- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to varied student needs
- Comfortable consulting with teachers, administrators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students of all ages
- Create, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Deliver direct and consultative services to support students’ behavioral and social-emotional needs
- Collaborate with educational staff to provide training and coaching on best practices
- Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to track student progress
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development as needed
