Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Middletown, DE

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing assessment, data analysis, and progress monitoring for students receiving behavioral support
• Collaborate with other school professionals to develop individualized plans and classroom strategies
• Facilitate staff training sessions and support the implementation of behavioral interventions in classrooms
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and document behavior goals and progress
• Engage with students, families, and colleagues to promote best practices in behavioral health
• Maintain detailed, accurate records in accordance with school and professional standards
