Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | School-Based

Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school district for the 2026–2027 school year. In this itinerant role, you'll collaborate with educators and student support teams to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions that promote student success across multiple school settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Support students with behavioral needs ranging from mild to severe
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, counselors, social workers, administrators, and fellow BCBAs
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavior-related recommendations
• Provide training and consultation to school staff regarding behavior management strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)'s

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
