Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavioral assessments, intervention plans, and data analysis
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic educational environment

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
  • Provide coaching and training to teachers and support staff on best practices and effective behavioral strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and inform decision-making
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, documentation, and progress reporting
  • Work closely with families to foster understanding and consistency of behavioral interventions
  • Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and professional standards
