Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification
• Proven experience providing behavioral analysis services within a school or similar setting
• Knowledge of functional behavior assessments and development of effective behavior intervention plans
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster productive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring tools for student progress

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of strategies
• Provide training and ongoing coaching to staff on behavioral techniques and interventions
• Monitor student progress and make data-informed adjustments to interventions as needed
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance with all relevant ethical and legal guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success through consultation
