Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessments and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
• Keen organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic school environments
• State licensure/certification as required

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop, implement, and monitor student-specific behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff
• Provide training and consultation for school personnel and families
• Collect data and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavior expertise
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral support as needed
