Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in educational environments
• Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessments and positive behavior intervention strategies
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for team collaboration and documentation
• Ability to develop effective, individualized behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs
• Organizational skills to manage case loads and maintain thorough records

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop support plans
• Implement evidence-based strategies to address challenging behaviors and foster positive skill development
• Provide training and guidance for teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents in effective behavior management techniques
• Monitor and adjust behavioral plans based on ongoing data and student progress
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports that comply with school and state guidelines
• Deliver direct support to students, partnering with staff to foster inclusive learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support decisions
