As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school environment, you will collaborate with administrators, teachers, and support staff to deliver impactful intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Active BCBA certification
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly valued
• Strong understanding of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Effective communicator comfortable engaging with educators, families, and students
• Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to train and provide ongoing support to school staff

Key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Perform thorough assessments to determine student needs and track progress
• Lead training sessions for teachers and staff on behavioral strategies and data collection
• Facilitate collaboration in multi-disciplinary team meetings
• Monitor compliance, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for school stakeholders
• Provide direct support to students, modeling interventions and reinforcing positive behaviors
