Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Demonstrated experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to evaluate, assess, and develop effective behavioral support plans
• Skilled communicator, comfortable liaising with multi-disciplinary teams, students, and caregivers
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and progress monitoring
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage a flexible caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students identified as needing support
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data
• Train and support school staff and families in behavior strategies and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise to individualized student programs
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing intervention adjustments
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to promote positive student outcomes
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation adhering to school protocols
