Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Minneapolis, Minnesota
- Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

Position Overview:
- Provide behavioral support across multiple classrooms within a specialized education setting
- Work with approximately 35–40 students in a Setting 4 environment
- Support students with severe behavioral and physical disabilities
- Collaborate with staff across one assigned site (South Education Center & North Education Center)
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: September 8, 2026
- End Date: June 10, 2027
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: 35–40 students across multiple classrooms
- Buildings: 1 (South Education Center & North Education Center campus)
Key Qualifications:
- Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (required)
- Previous experience working in a school or clinical setting preferred
- Experience supporting students with severe behavioral and physical disabilities highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to manage multiple classrooms and diverse student needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing behavioral support across classrooms
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
- Participate in staff debriefings and team collaboration meetings
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Support a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
