Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (2 openings available)
  • Experience in a setting 4 environment strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise with students exhibiting severe behavior and physical disabilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple classrooms; manage a caseload of 35-40 students
  • Conduct FBAs and complete all related paperwork
  • Collaborate in debriefings and interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Provide behavior intervention strategies and formal reports
