Responsibilities include providing direct supervision to behavior intervention teams, overseeing and guiding implementation of behavior intervention plans, delivering insightful written reports, and skillfully attending and participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. Qualifications and desired experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children, preferably in educational environments
- Strong report writing skills and familiarity with data collection methodologies
- Comfortable with attendance and participation in IEP meetings
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
- Ability to work full-time, onsite
Key responsibilities:
