Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Must hold current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

- Excellent communication skills for consultation with school staff, parents, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with school teams to support the integration of best behavior analytic practices
- Train and support staff to ensure consistent implementation of interventions and positive behavior supports
- Monitor effectiveness of interventions and make timely revisions as needed
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
- Participate in meetings with educators, families, and other team members to promote student success
