Bring your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow specialists. You’ll design and supervise effective behavioral interventions that foster positive student growth and classroom success.
Qualifications:
- Hold active BCBA certification
- Experience working with elementary-age children preferred
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and best practices
- Skilled in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry manageable elementary school caseloads, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and oversee data collection
- Lead staff and parent trainings, offering ongoing support and problem solving
- Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Provide direct and indirect support to students, ensuring their success within school environments
- Maintain compliance with all documentation and ethical guidelines
