Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Monterey, California

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Previous experience working within school settings strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, functional behavior assessments, and intervention planning
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for supporting the growth and learning of elementary-aged students
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Support students through direct and indirect behavioral interventions
• Train and mentor school staff on behavior management strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation
• Serve as a resource for families and staff regarding behavioral supports
