Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Monterey, California

Qualifications:

• Hold active BCBA certification
• Experience working with elementary-age children preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and best practices
• Skilled in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry manageable elementary school caseloads, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and oversee data collection
• Lead staff and parent trainings, offering ongoing support and problem solving
• Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Provide direct and indirect support to students, ensuring their success within school environments
• Maintain compliance with all documentation and ethical guidelines
