Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Montoursville, PA

A dynamic opportunity awaits for motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to make a tangible impact in a supportive educational environment. Four skilled BCBAs are needed on a contract basis for the remainder of the 25/26 school year, with flexible start as soon as possible. This role invites applicants to work full- or part-time according to their preferences, with a standard schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Flexible work options, including onsite, hybrid, or fully virtual arrangements, ensure a strong work-life balance.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience supporting classroom teams within educational settings
• Passion for mentoring and guiding aspiring BCBAs (ABA apprentices)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a variable caseload and adapt support strategies as needed
• Familiarity with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Positive Behavior Support Plan (PBSP) development

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct and consultative behavior support for classroom teams
• Supervising future BCBAs and ensuring they receive both restricted and unrestricted supervision hours critical for certification
• Delivering training and mentorship to ABA apprentices committed to advancing their skills
• Conducting FBAs and participating in PBSP creation for student support
• Collaborating with educational staff to enhance program quality and outcomes
