As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in this role, you will play a vital part not only in providing direct behavior support for classroom teams but also in mentoring ABA apprentices—future BCBAs. You’ll oversee both restricted and unrestricted supervision hours, contribute to Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and help develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) for students and staff.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Prior experience in school-based settings is highly valued
• Strong competence in conducting FBAs and designing PBSPs
• Ability to provide effective mentoring and supervision for ABA apprentices
• Commitment to fostering collaborative relationships across educational teams
• Adaptability to provide services onsite, virtually, or in a hybrid model

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavior support and consultation for classroom teams across the district
• Mentor and supervise ABA apprentices, guiding them toward BCBA certification
• Ensure proper documentation of required supervision hours and learning objectives
• Train classroom staff on contemporary behavioral strategies and interventions
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of individualized support plans
