You’ll play a key role in positively impacting the lives of students with diverse behavioral needs, developing and implementing evidence-based behavior intervention plans, and collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families. The caseload is approximately 50-60 students, giving you the chance to make a significant difference across multiple grade levels.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Experience with a variety of ages (Pre-K through 12th grade) a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to provide clear guidance and training to staff and families
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing effective intervention plans
  • Overseeing implementation of plans with staff, providing coaching and feedback
  • Monitoring student progress, maintaining documentation, and making ongoing recommendations
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Communicating regularly with teachers, related service providers, and families
