Key Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification required
• Prior experience with children and adolescents in academic settings, ideally with PreK-12
• Strong grasp of Applied Behavior Analysis principles
• Excellent observational and assessment skills
• Effective communicator and collaborator with education professionals and caregivers
• Adaptable, creative, and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough student assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide guidance to school staff on behavioral intervention strategies
• Oversee implementation of behavior support plans for students
• Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members
• Track progress, prepare documentation, and maintain all reporting requirements
• Work collaboratively as part of an educational team to ensure student success
