Soliant is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time contract opportunity supporting a school district in the Morgan Hill area during the 2026-2027 school year.

Location: Morgan Hill, CA

Schedule: Full-Time

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Contract Dates: August 2026 – June 2027

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention plans
Support students across educational settings
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
Provide behavioral consultation and recommendations
Supervise and support behavioral staff members

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
