Location: Morgan Hill, CA 95037
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Setting: On-Site | Multiple School Sites

A school district near Gilroy is looking for a BCBA to provide behavioral support throughout the 2026/2027 school year. The position covers four school sites and includes direct supervision and management of RBTs.

Position Details:

Full-time position
8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule
ASAP–June 11, 2027
Support across 4 school sites
Supervise 1–2 RBTs
Manage behavioral programming and student support
Collaborate with school-based teams

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification required
RBT supervision experience preferred
Ability to work across multiple school sites
School-based behavioral experience preferred
