Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Active, valid state licensure
  • Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school populations
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
  • Excellent communication skills for student, staff, and family collaboration
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in diverse school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide interventions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Work in collaboration with teachers, school staff, and families to support behavioral goals
  • Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel regarding ABA strategies
  • Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure success
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams and assist with IEP development and review
  • Promote positive behavioral supports school-wide, contributing to a nurturing academic atmosphere
