High School Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Morrilton, AR

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure
• Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and data-driven interventions
• Comfortable providing staff training and parent consultation
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Able to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop targeted intervention strategies
• Oversee the implementation of individualized behavior plans
• Train and support school personnel and parents on evidence-based techniques
• Collect and analyze data to track student progress and make recommendations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student achievement and generalization of skills
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
