Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure
- Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and data-driven interventions
- Comfortable providing staff training and parent consultation
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Able to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop targeted intervention strategies
- Oversee the implementation of individualized behavior plans
- Train and support school personnel and parents on evidence-based techniques
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and make recommendations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student achievement and generalization of skills
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
