Licensed Elementary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Morrisville, North Carolina

In this engaging position, you’ll:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Possess relevant licensure required for school-based work
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to support students’ behavioral needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing consultation, coaching, and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Engage in consistent progress monitoring, data analysis, and timely documentation of student outcomes
• Collaborate actively with IEP teams and participate in relevant meetings to advocate for students
