Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Licensed to practice and certified as required
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong ability to communicate complex behavioral concepts clearly
- Collaborative spirit, comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptable, organized, and confident handling diverse caseloads ranging from elementary to high school students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
