High School Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Morrisville, North Carolina

Make an impact in educational settings by supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school environments as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a full-time contract basis. Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is required
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Current licensure and credentials appropriate to the role
• Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions and data-driven practice

Primary Duties:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students with a range of needs
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in collaboration with school teams
• Offer ongoing consultation, guidance, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and related staff
• Monitor student progress through data collection, thorough analysis, and timely documentation
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with IEP teams to contribute to student success
• Adapt to different school environments and caseloads, as assigned by district needs

This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) is based in a school setting, supporting students and staff within a positive and collaborative educational community. Caseloads vary, allowing you to use your expertise with flexibility across different age groups and needs.
