Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active and valid BCBA certification is required
• Prior experience working in a school or with elementary-aged children is strongly preferred
• Strong commitment to collaborative teamwork with teachers, support staff, and families
• Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills
• Flexibility and creativity in developing and adapting intervention strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote best practices for student support
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to elementary students
• Offer staff training and professional development on behavior management techniques
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely records compliant with all regulations
