This contract opportunity runs from September 8, 2026, through May 25, 2027, offering 28 hours per week with a steady, inspiring schedule. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Prior experience working within K-12 school settings strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Solid background in conducting functional behavior assessments.
  • Skilled communicator comfortable engaging with staff, students, and parents.
  • Ability to develop clear, actionable Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Experience leading training or professional development sessions a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a district-level behavior team ensuring best practices in behavioral support.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs in the delivery of individualized student services.
  • Conduct detailed student observations and perform functional behavior assessments.
  • Partner with teachers, specialists, and families to share recommendations and strategies.
  • Draft and update evidence-based Behavior Implementation Plans (BIPs).
  • Deliver engaging, informative professional development focused on effective behavior modification techniques.
