Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to a dynamic school-based environment located just outside Mount Pleasant, SC. This contract position offers the opportunity to work full time (37.5 hours per week) supporting elementary, middle, and high school students. Caseloads are determined in collaboration with each district to address their current needs, ensuring a meaningful and varied work experience.

In this role, your skillset in assessment, planning, and collaboration will help shape positive outcomes for students, while also providing pivotal guidance to educational staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Licensed to practice in the state according to educational and behavioral standards
  • Experience providing behavior analytic services to school-aged or pediatric populations (preferred)
  • Expertise in both elementary and secondary school environments is ideal
  • Demonstrated strength in communication and teamwork

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying behavioral needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student requirements
  • Consult with and coach teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff on strategies for student success
  • Collect, analyze, and document data for ongoing progress monitoring and reporting
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate as an integral member of multidisciplinary teams
