Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience in schools or educational settings preferred, but not mandatory
• Comfortable providing supervision and mentorship to aspiring BCBAs (ABA apprentices)
• Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams

Core Duties:

• Deliver behavior support for classroom teams throughout the district
• Mentor and supervise ABA apprentices, ensuring they fulfill both restricted and unrestricted hours necessary for BCBA certification
• Provide ongoing training to staff on behavior intervention strategies and best practices
• Assist in the completion of FBAs and development of individualized PBSPs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
