Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Muncy, Pennsylvania

An exciting opportunity awaits experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about fostering professional growth and making a meaningful impact in educational settings. This contract position is available immediately for the remainder of the 25/26 school year. Flexible working arrangements can be considered, including onsite, hybrid, or virtual options.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting district classroom teams and mentoring the next generation of behavior analysts. You’ll guide ABA apprentices, ensuring they accumulate the necessary supervision hours (both restricted and unrestricted) to qualify for their BCBA certification. Additionally, you will collaborate with program staff and provide training, develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP), and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Schedules can be full-time or part-time, with typical hours from 8:00 to 4:00.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Demonstrated experience providing supervision to future BCBAs or similar mentorship
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles in school-based settings
• Skill in conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs for student support
• Comfortable training and consulting with staff on behavior intervention strategies
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
