Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and implementation
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Capacity to work independently while maintaining strong relationships with district staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Provide direct and consultative services based on student needs and IEP requirements
• Deliver staff training and support to enhance understanding and application of behavioral strategies
• Collect and analyze data to inform decision making and ensure effective interventions
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
