Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Muskegon, Michigan

A full-time position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an upper elementary (2nd-5th grade) Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) classroom in Muskegon, MI. This contract role will span the current school year, providing behavior support within an elementary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
• Provide direct behavioral support and interventions for students with ASD
• Collaborate with educators and staff to ensure consistency in behavior plan implementation
• Monitor and assess student progress and adjust plans as necessary to maximize success
• Promote positive student behavior through effective strategies and supports

Qualifications and Experience:

• BCBA certification must be current and issued through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, specifically in grades 2 through 5
• Proven expertise in behavior analysis within educational settings, particularly ASD classrooms
• Strong skills in designing and implementing behavior intervention and support plans
• Ability to communicate effectively with school personnel, parents, and students
