Seeking a dedicated professional to support students and educators as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school environment near Naperville, IL. Qualifications & Skills:
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Experience supporting students in educational settings, such as elementary, middle, or high schools
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to provide training and guidance for teachers and paraprofessionals
- Organizational skills to manage caseloads, data collection, assessment, and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with school teams and families to support student goals and ensure plan fidelity
- Provide ongoing data analysis, progress monitoring, and written reports
- Deliver staff training on behavioral strategies, de-escalation techniques, and positive behavior supports
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral expertise
- Maintain timely documentation and ensure all practices align with ethical and legal standards
