This full-time position spans the 2026-2027 school year and focuses on providing expert support within cooperative programming across Early Childhood through 8th grade. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working within school-based settings, preferably across multiple grade levels
- Knowledge of cooperative and inclusive programming, supporting diverse student needs
- Strong analytical, assessment, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with staff and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Deliver ongoing professional development and consultative support to educators and staff
- Provide direct and indirect behavioral intervention services to students, aligned with program goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed for optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated supports across all grade levels served
- Document interventions and maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
