What you’ll bring:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience supporting early childhood and/or K-8th grade populations
  • Understanding of principles and best practices in behavioral analysis
  • Collaborative problem-solving and strong communication skills
  • Experience with cooperative programming or multidisciplinary teams is a plus
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, positive educational experiences for all students

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to implement evidence-based interventions
  • Monitor student progress, analyze data, and make informed adjustments to programming

  • Document interventions and progress as required by state and district guidelines
