Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience working within school environments or with children/adolescents
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, data collection, and behavior intervention strategies
• Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral and psychoeducational assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide consultation and training to school staff on behavioral strategies and supports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support inclusive educational practices
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports according to district and professional standards
• Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of educational programs for students with diverse needs
