Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience working within school environments or with children/adolescents
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, data collection, and behavior intervention strategies
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral and psychoeducational assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide consultation and training to school staff on behavioral strategies and supports
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support inclusive educational practices
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports according to district and professional standards
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of educational programs for students with diverse needs
