Bring your expertise in behavioral analysis to guide and supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while also engaging in direct student support. You’ll be pivotal in fostering student growth and teacher collaboration, all within a positive and student-centered district setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Demonstrated experience working in a school or educational environment
• Strong understanding of behavioral intervention plans and positive behavior support
• Effective communication and collaborative skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Prior experience supervising RBTs preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor two RBTs working with elementary students
• Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and related staff to develop individualized behavioral intervention plans
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and program improvement
• Support students directly, implementing evidence-based strategies for behavioral and academic success
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and training initiatives within the district
