This position spans September 2026 through June 2027, offering part-time hours—approximately 20 hours per week—within a dynamic educational environment near Nashua, NH. Bring your expertise in behavioral analysis to guide and supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while also engaging in direct student support. You’ll be pivotal in fostering student growth and teacher collaboration, all within a positive and student-centered district setting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Demonstrated experience working in a school or educational environment
- Strong understanding of behavioral intervention plans and positive behavior support
- Effective communication and collaborative skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Prior experience supervising RBTs preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor two RBTs working with elementary students
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and related staff to develop individualized behavioral intervention plans
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and program improvement
- Support students directly, implementing evidence-based strategies for behavioral and academic success
- Contribute to ongoing professional development and training initiatives within the district
