Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid BCBA certification is required
- Experience providing behavioral analysis services in schools or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Ability to assess student needs, develop and implement effective behavioral intervention plans, and track progress
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with team members, teachers, administrators, and families
- Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality
- Willingness to work in-person and start as soon as possible
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments and analyzing student data
- Designing individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment outcomes
- Training and supporting school staff in implementing behavioral strategies with fidelity
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
- Participating in team meetings and collaborating in the development of IEPs
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with school and regulatory policies
