Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Demonstrated experience providing behavioral analysis services in school or pediatric settings.
- Strong understanding of creating and implementing individualized behavior support plans.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to adapt to varied student needs and school environments.
- Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and gather relevant details to inform intervention plans.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
- Provide staff training on behavior strategies and data collection.
- Document services, progress, and recommendations in accordance with school/district requirements.
- Engage regularly in team meetings and consultations to ensure comprehensive student support.
