Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and valid BCBA certification is required
• Experience providing behavioral analysis services in schools or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Ability to assess student needs, develop and implement effective behavioral intervention plans, and track progress
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with team members, teachers, administrators, and families
• Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality
• Willingness to work in-person and start as soon as possible

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments and analyzing student data
• Designing individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment outcomes
• Training and supporting school staff in implementing behavioral strategies with fidelity
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Participating in team meetings and collaborating in the development of IEPs
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with school and regulatory policies
