Qualifications/Desired Experience

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Demonstrated experience providing behavioral analysis services in school or pediatric settings.
  • Strong understanding of creating and implementing individualized behavior support plans.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to adapt to varied student needs and school environments.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and gather relevant details to inform intervention plans.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Provide staff training on behavior strategies and data collection.
  • Document services, progress, and recommendations in accordance with school/district requirements.
  • Engage regularly in team meetings and consultations to ensure comprehensive student support.
