Primary Responsibilities:

• Rotate across district schools as assigned, providing behavioral consultation and support
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement interventions
• Collect and analyze student behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust supports
• Train and support school personnel in positive behavioral strategies and fidelity of BIP implementation
• Attend team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and offer expert recommendations
