Are you a passionate and certified BCBA ready to make an impact as a Behavioral Case Manager in a dynamic school-based setting? A full-time contract opportunity is open for the upcoming 26/27 academic year, working closely with high school students to support their growth and success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with national certification
  • Previous experience in school settings, preferably working with high school-aged students
  • Expertise in developing and conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong communication skills, especially in training and collaborating with educators
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 10-20 students
  • Commitment to prioritizing implementation of behavioral plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of behavioral intervention programs and ensure their fidelity across assigned students
  • Take leadership in conducting FBAs and BIPs, transitioning these duties from the school psychologist
  • Instruct and mentor educators on effective behavioral plan implementation and classroom management strategies
  • Deliver direct support to students, fostering positive behavioral change and academic engagement
  • Act as a collaborative partner and resource for school staff, ensuring consistent and effective support for each student on your caseload

This is a full-time contract position offering 35-40 hours per week, set in a supportive and collaborative high school environment. Panel interviews will be scheduled, and your availability will help coordinate next steps in the hiring process.
