This role calls for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) dedicated to enhancing behavioral programming and providing compassionate, evidence-based support. What You Bring:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- School-based experience (preferred)
- Experience supporting students with cognitive or developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum
- Strong skills in behavioral assessment, program development, and team collaboration

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct and consultative behavior analysis services to students within the Autism and Early Years Program
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to create and implement effective behavioral interventions and individualized plans
- Oversee program development, including conducting assessments and evaluating student progress
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff to ensure consistent and effective behavioral strategies
- Monitor data collection, analyze behavioral trends, and adjust interventions as needed
- Foster a safe, inclusive environment that encourages student independence and development
