What You Bring:

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • School-based experience (preferred)
  • Experience supporting students with cognitive or developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum
  • Strong skills in behavioral assessment, program development, and team collaboration
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver direct and consultative behavior analysis services to students within the Autism and Early Years Program
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to create and implement effective behavioral interventions and individualized plans
  • Oversee program development, including conducting assessments and evaluating student progress
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff to ensure consistent and effective behavioral strategies
  • Monitor data collection, analyze behavioral trends, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Foster a safe, inclusive environment that encourages student independence and development
