In this rewarding contract opportunity, you’ll play a vital role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in an educational setting, supporting student success and shaping the learning environment for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will place you across 2-3 assigned school sites, where you’ll provide expert guidance, oversight, and direct support alongside a dedicated team of educators and support staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Delaware BCBA certification (required; must submit with resume to apply)
  • Demonstrated experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents
  • Strong behavioral assessment and intervention planning skills
  • Capable communicator, able to collaborate effectively across team members and school staff
  • Committed to ethical practice, confidentiality, and evidence-based strategies

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ongoing behavioral support and consultation to school-based teams throughout the academic year
  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs
  • Facilitate or conduct interviews for paraprofessional staff, ensuring strong placements at your assigned sites
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to assess program effectiveness and guide decision making
  • Provide training and guidance to paraprofessionals, teachers, and support staff in best practices for behavioral interventions
  • Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies as needed

What You’ll Experience:

  • Workdays are Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week, allowing for structured consistency throughout the contract
