This full-time, contract opportunity is designed for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about supporting students with moderate to severe cognitive needs across Autism and Early Years/PreK programs.

As a vital contributor to both the Autism and Early Years Programs, you'll be responsible for behavioral oversight, program development, and delivering direct support on-site. Collaborate closely with teams and educators as you guide best practices and offer insights that help every student thrive. School-based experience is especially valued, ensuring you will be part of a role that both challenges and rewards.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (please be prepared to provide documentation)
  • Experience within school-based or educational settings is highly preferred
  • Deep understanding of behavioral interventions and principles, with expertise in supporting students on the autism spectrum and those with significant cognitive needs
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills
  • Commitment to on-site presence throughout the contract period

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement behavioral programs for Autism and Early Years/PreK classrooms
  • Develop and monitor individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistency and support for students
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to staff and paraprofessionals
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data, adapting strategies for student growth

This contract role runs from August 24, 2026 to June 16, 2027, covering 37.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday.
